They were very good at sending us weekly schedules plus daily updates, and they answered my questions as they came up. The remodeling crew were pleasant to have around and they were very conscientious about protecting furniture and surfaces. We enjoyed working with everyone on their team, from the first meeting through design through choosing fixtures and appliances, and through inspection.
